Returns

Thanks for choosing the Digi Connect Solution services. We offer a full money back guarantee for all the services offered on our website. If you are not satisfied with the service you have choose from us you can get money back when you are not satisfied with our offerings. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 15 business days.

If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

 

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Note: The refund amount will be processed when you will provide access to system so that we can remove our software completely. While refunding applicable taxes will be deducted from final amount

 

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
